The concept under the spotlight
As an ActionCOACH Business Coaching Franchise Partner you will provide one-on-one coaching, a range of mentoring and group coaching programmes, seminars, workshops, alignment consultations and business planning programmes as well as marketing and product advice to businesses of all sizes.
The ActionCOACH model requires a hands-on, self-motived person who has a minimum cash investment of 50 percent of the franchisee costs.
ActionCOACH franchise partners have the benefit of a high margin, low cost business that can be equally profitable as a small boutique practice, or a niche practice with two employed business coaches or even a fully-fledged professional firm.
Franchisor support
At ActionCOACH we offer our coaches only the best training possible, with unlimited support from our global, national and local team every step of the way.
Each new franchisee partner will complete an intensive 4-week pre-training programme prior to attending their 10-day training at the ActionCOACH global head office in Las Vegas, USA or virtually due to COVID-19. This is followed by a focused 12-week kick start programme to get their business up and running as quickly as possible.
ActionCOACH also provides its franchisees with support calls, training programmes, marketing collateral, access to over 3,500 business strategies and tactics, along with a dedicated head office support team.
